According to the conditions reported above, you can exercise your rights as of article no. 13 for the law 675/96 and in particular the right: a) to know, by free access of the register from which article no. 13 paragraph 1, letter a), the existence of the treating of confidential information that could concern you. b) to be informed on what article no. 7, paragraph 4, letter a), b) and h) states. c) to obtain with no delay from the person responsible or in charge: 1) The confirmation or the cancellation of the existence of confidential information that concern you, even if not yet registered, and the communication of the same information and of their origin, as well as the logic and the aim on which the treating is based. 2) The request cannot be renewed, unless there are valid reasons, with at least a ninety days interval; 3) The freeze, the anonymously transformation or the cancellation of the treated information in infringement of the law, including those information which conservation is not necessary, in relation to the aims for which information have not been gathered or then treated; 4) The update, the correction in case there is an interest in the information integration; The statement that the activities reported in 2) and 3) have been brought to knowledge for their content too, of those to whom information have been communicated or spread. This is true exception made for the case in which that fulfilment will be impossible, or implies the use of means manifestly excessive as to the protected rights. d) To object partly or completely to the treating of confidential information that concern you, for valid reasons, even if irrelevant to the aim of the gathering of data. e) To object partly or completely to the treating of confidential information, provided with the aim of commercial information or of sending of materials or interactive commercial communication and, to be informed from the person in charge not later than when information are communicated or spread, of the possibility to make use of that right for free. The person in charge, in force of the law 675/96 is the legally responsible person of .
